The first cis-het man welcomed onto the show! In this conversation, we talk about how he shifted from doing comedy to starting an amazing and successful vegan pie business (@thepielander). We talk about sober dates, accents, and being called daddy. Learn what it was like to date for John in 2020, and why he's taking a break. This is a bit of a longer episode, as the conversation shifts to the issues we see with dating in Toronto, and John opens up about the importance of knowing what you want if you want to be a good partner. We unpack some of the challenges we see, and how important it is for men to take a step back and focus on both self-improvement and self-love.

This is a refreshing conversation, and I think it's important to have guests on the show who show another side of things. We can share stories about dating men and how disappointing men can be, but there are a lot of really great men here in the city who are putting in the work to be better and that can give us babes some hope!
